Sometimes fulfilling the customer´s requirements brings back our childhood memories. One glance at the packaging of “Princezky”, time goes back and we can taste again the delicious biscuit we loved as children.
“Princezky” is an unageing brand and we are devoted to it just as to the other important brands.
That is why we continuously search for new printing possibilities, as was the case of the last redesign of the packaging´s graphic design of the brand.
Application of the offset printing technology with the EB (electron beam) curing system as the sustainable technology contributes to the cleaner environment, since it uses no solvents, no photoinitiators and the printing itself is done with the special inks with no residual inks. The printing process is energy saving to compare with other technologies, as there is no need to dry inks and the film isn´t exposed to the heat stresses.
For the attractiveness of the packaging, we chose the offset printing technology, since it makes possible to print the tiny details and fine lines. High glossy lacquer enabled us usage of the OPP mono-film, since its plasticity and high temperature resistance substitutes the features of the upper OPP layer of the laminate. The chosen white film with SIT (sealing initiation temperature) of 80°C saves the energy for heating the sealing jaws in the packaging process.
The packaging is fully recyclable like all new projects with our customers.
